If your troop does not have all the funds owed to council as of February 16, the Debit Adjustment - 1st ACH Form must be completed to avoid council withdrawing unavailable funds. This form cannot be submitted after February 19 at 11:59 PM.

If your troop does not have all the funds owed to council as of March 2, the Debit Adjustment - 2nd ACH Form must be completed to avoid council withdrawing unavailable funds. This form cannot be submitted after March 5 at 11:59 PM.

2026 Cookie Financial Discrepancy Form

If your troop does not have the remaining funds owed to council, the Cookie Financial Discrepancy Form must be completed to avoid council withdrawing unavailable funds or pulling from troop proceeds. This form cannot be submitted after April 2 at 11:59 PM.
